Privacy policy

What we collect

When you write to us, request a valuation or subscribe to the Journal, we keep the details you give us: name, email, phone number and the message itself. We also keep basic analytics about how the site is used, without identifying you personally.

How we use it

To answer you, to show you homes that fit what you asked for and, if you subscribed, to send one note a month. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside Ambra except the providers that host this site and deliver our email.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are working together and for three years after the last contact. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to privacy@ambraestate.com. We reply within one working day.
